The minimum covers loads weighing up to approximately 15.5 pounds. Loads above that are charged $2.25 per pound based on their actual weight.
Applicable sales tax will be added to the final total.

Questions
Do I need to be home, and when will my laundry be returned?
No. Leave your laundry at the door before pickup. We collect on Friday and return it clean and folded to the same location on Sunday. Booking closes Thursday at 8:00 PM; reservations made after the cutoff automatically move to the following Friday unless additional availability is opened.
Do you collect from my area?
We currently serve ZIP code 77302. Enter your ZIP code into our coverage checker to confirm availability before booking.
Can I give you specific washing instructions?
Yes. During booking you choose Standard or Free & Clear detergent, whether to add fabric softener, a wash temperature of Cold, Warm or Hot, and a dry setting of Low, Medium or High. There is also a box for special-care instructions.
Can I cancel a pickup?
Yes. Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email as soon as possible. Cancellations made before Thursday at 8:00 PM allow the slot to reopen for someone else. If your plans change after the cutoff, please still cancel so we know not to make the trip. There is no cancellation fee.
Is there a subscription or contract?
No. There are no subscriptions, contracts, or recurring charges. Book a pickup whenever you need one and pay only for that order.
When do I pay?
Nothing is due when you book. After pickup, we determine your order total from the actual weight, subject to the $35 minimum, and send you a payment request. Payment is due upon receipt, and service begins once payment is received. Applicable sales tax is added to the final total, and delayed payment may delay your Sunday return.
